Dirt Track Racing-Sprint Cars is now available at software outlets across the country Award-winning video games producer Ratbag has signed a three-year exclusive deal with the World of Outlaws for the production of a series of sprint car racing computer games. The deal teams one of the United States' most popular auto racing series with the company widely regarded as the most dynamic and realistic racing games producer. Ratbag has been given sole rights to the World of Outlaws branding under the agreement. DTR Sprint Cars is a sequel to the hugely successful Dirt Track Racing, and for the first time captures on PC the break-neck speeds and spectacular collisions of the sport. Advanced orders have been extremely high. Donny Schatz and the ParkerStores sponsored sprint car will be included as one of the premier drivers in the game. This is kind of a unique marketing avenue for the Parker Racing program. The game will provide millions of impressions of the ParkerStore logo for years into the future. Participants will actually get to race against Donny Schatz, or have the opportunity to drive the ParkerStore sponsored car. The Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series is the world's premier sprint car racing series. "Sprint car racing is an exhilarating, adrenaline-pumping sport, said Ratbag CEO, Greg Siegele, and Ratbag is best equipped to deliver the experience to video gamers." The new video game is available at software outlets and retailers worldwide. A partial list of these stores include Best Buy, K-Mart, Wal-Mart, Comp-USA, and Electronics Boutique, just to name a few. You can follow Donny Schatz and the ParkerStore team on the Parker Racing website at www.parker.com/racing. (John Strand) |
