When Sean Caisse of Pelham, NH makes his debut in the Featherlite Modified Series, NASCAR Touring on April 17&18, 2004 he will do so with some extra help. The ParkerStores (Parker Hannifin Corporation) of Cleveland, OH have signed on as an associate sponsor of the Art Barry-owned #21 for the 2004 season.

The announcement comes as Caisse prepares to make his first career start in the Modified Series at Thompson International Speedway in Thompson, CT with the presentation of Icebreaker 2004. All eyes will be on the teenage sensation as he learns the ropes of the ultra-competitive Modified Series.

It came as a surprise to many when the young driver landed the coveted job driving for legendary car owner Art Barry during the off-season, but it may just be natural progression. With a string of championships with veteran driver Mike Stefanik, this partnership allows Barry to pass on his vast knowledge to a talented young driver who is anxious to learn.

Much as they grabbed the attention of Barry, Caisse's credentials peaked the interest of the ParkerStores as well. Caisse, who is an accomplished racer with a successful background in go-karts, stock cars and winged Midgets, fits perfectly within the structure that the ParkerStores have developed for their racing program. Headlined by Donny Schatz of the World of Outlaws fame, other drivers in the fold include dirt track competitors Bobby Mayse and Bob Ream Jr. and asphalt late model racer Donovan Morgan.

"We are very excited to have ParkerStores on board this season," said Caisse. "They have shown a great interest in their drivers and I am fortunate that I will be starting this phase of my career with them aboard."

The more grassroots approach to sponsorship has proved to be a successful way for parent company Parker Hannifin Corporation to promote the retail/wholesale segment of their business. ParkerStore boasts the most complete inventory of hose and fitting products in the industry with a wide array of premier services and a staff of factory-trained professionals to offer the highest in customer service.
