ELMA, WA - Donny Schatz and his ParkerStore team backed up last weekend's third place run in Montana by finishing fourth on Friday night and third Saturday night in the World of Outlaws Sprint Series event at Gray's Harbor Raceway.

Schatz raced his #15 ParkerStore J&J from the pole on Friday night and nursed a hurt engine during the 30-lap race to a fourth place finish. The finished locked the Fargo, ND racer into Saturday's 40-lap feature event.

"I think we cracked the head, so we just did the best we could to be in the top four and get locked in," said Schatz, who continues to hold third place in the WoO standings. "Any time you start up front, you want to win the race, but I knew something wasn't right with the motor. We got things fixed for Saturday night and were up front with the leaders, but never really got our chance."

"Late in the race, I got next to Craig (Dollansky) and Steve (Kinser) was right there, and somebody crashed. After the restart, we didn't get back into lapped traffic and I had a couple of cars that I lapped that wanted to race, so we ended up third. All in all, not a bad weekend, and we're just trying to consistently be up front from here on out."

Schatz finished a solid third behind winner Steve Kinser, who swept the weekend, and Craig Dollansky.
